Nick started his career in the Ambulance Service and undertook many roles including operational management and teaching. Moving on to the Acute sector he successfully improved Emergency Department performance to the best performing Trust in England and Elective care improvements before moving on to developing a system wide Care Coordination Centre specialising in patient flow across the local system.
