Phil Turnock

Phil is a customer-focused digital leader with a track record for driving successful business and technology transformation programmes. Committed to enabling improvements to healthcare at the point of delivery, Phil brings over 24 years’ IT experience, including digital strategy, service delivery, IT operations, and relationship management. Phil currently serves as an executive sponsor for digital process innovation, leading the digital portfolio within East & North Hertfordshire CCG to drive modern ways of working and conducting business. Responsible for the provision of ICT services to six NHS organisations; including 210 GP practices, supporting users across 122 sites, Phil leads development and implementation of digital strategy, championing a ’shared services’ approach that has been endorsed by NHSI as a best of breed model.
