Professor Lynne Gell joined BPP University, School of Health in 2011, having previously held several appointments in the Faculties of Nursing, Health and Wellbeing at Sheffield Hallam University and the School of Nursing University of Sheffield, following a career in a range of clinical service areas.
A strong advocate of partnership and interprofessional working and learning, Lynne has been instrumental in developing the faculty’s national and international portfolio across nursing and healthcare, across all academic levels 4 to 7. In 2018, the School of Nursing was recognised as a school in its own right. Lynne’s professional interests and expertise include Undergraduate Nursing, Postgraduate Development, Partnership Working, Collaborations, Work Force Planning, Leadership, Coaching and Service Innovation and Improvement.

by leading the preparation and employment of graduates and postgraduates into the nursing and healthcare professional workforce, who are integral to a global workforce is paramount to the school’s ethos.
