Richard is a true advocate of Agile working and has had the pleasure of converting many IT professionals over the years.

Having a background in supporting organisations undertaking significant digital transformations, He’s led IT teams of all sizes across a wide range of industries and works to ensure that IT is closely aligned to the needs of the organisation.

Richard joined Barnsley NHS Foundation Trust to implement their Careflow EPR solutions after the departure of their previous Programme Manager and took up a permanent post in February 2021.
