Rumiko working in high-tech industry for 10 years before joining NHS 20 years ago.
Most of her NHS career is spent in the Informatics area in the capital. Currently working in South West London, she leads the London Branch of AphA – Association of Professional Healthcare Analysts, raising awareness of the healthcare analysts and providing a professional support network. She also sits on the board for London Digital Skills Development Network.
Passionate about equality and inclusion, Rumiko served as the Chair of Staff Women’s Network for 2 years and continues to support the EDI leads with specialist advice in data analytics.
