Joining Mitie in September 2021 I oversee the soft services department alongside Liz Hodgson (Business Support Manager). Responsible pre-dominantly for the Domestic and Catering business I am passionate about service delivery and moving the soft services dept forward to ensure we not only deliver exceptional service but focus on efficiency through service delivery with technology. Leading a team of over 200 employees ( porters, mail room, waste operatives, domestics catering assistants and  switchboard), we take pride in the service levels we strive to achieve and work collaboratively with our Trust partners across all areas of soft services.
