Sarah Findlay-Cobb

Sarah Findlay-Cobb is the CEO of Landau Forte Charitable Trust, a family of six academies across Derby and Tamworth. She has extensive experience with over 11 years of headship experience (in four different schools, including 2 all through schools), 18 months as a Deputy Regional Director for Reach2 and 18 months as the Director of Education for Reach South, line managing 13 schools (10 primaries, one special school, an All Through and a UTC) in Plymouth, Bournemouth and Wiltshire. She is a natural communicator and networker with particular skill in engaging stakeholders and developing a good working relationship with all.
