About:
Sarah has worked with large acute hospitals and more latterly across STP’s developing and delivering pioneering digital strategies and implementing complex digital systems to support healthcare objectives. She has supported organisations to articulate and plan their information, technology and innovation objectives with a strong focus on clinical and operational transformation and outcomes.
Major Programme Leadership:
Sarah has 15 years’ experience in the private sector specialising in healthcare technology. She has been accountable for client CxO partnerships with Trusts, resulting in first of type deployments across the UK. She created and led an international executive alignment between The Royal Free London (RFL) Hospital and Intermountain Healthcare system in the US, to shape a digitalisation and transformation programme focused on reducing unwarranted variation in care and managed the strategy and deployment of a new digital delivery model into RFL supporting the opening of the most digitally advanced hospital in the NHS at Chase Farm hospital in 2018.
Senior Technical Expertise:
Led on the creation of a framework for a data-driven culture of continuous improvement; a people-focused cycle of improve, innovate, adopt and repeat driving out unwarranted variation and leveraging technology to standardise both clinical and non-clinical processes. She managed the development of population health digital strategy and delivery for North Central London and managed the delivery of Global Digital Exemplar for two large acutes.
Other Experience:
Sarah has extensive experience in building highly functional teams built on organisational clarity and strong governance structure. During her time in the private sector she has managed large commercial relationships and held accountability for contractual obligations.
