It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Really positive event for us and we look forward to working with Convenzis in the future.

Shaun first started with Harmless as a Trainer in 2021. Prior to joining Harmless, Shaun spent several years within the private healthcare sector working in partnership with the NHS. This, paired with his lived experience as a young carer supporting a family member with severe mental health needs, initiated his interest in working in this field.
Recently becoming a Trainee Training Team Lead, he delivers a range of evidence based CPD accredited training sessions on self-harm, suicide, and mental health across the UK. Within his current role, Shaun assists organisations and delegates to explore the scope of their training needs, manages and maintains relationships with external stakeholders, delivers a variety of contracted and bespoke training, as well as supporting with the development of new course content including courses for our recently launched e-learning platform.
The sharing of knowledge, information, and providing people with the relevant skills within the field of Mental Health, Self harm and Suicide is something that Shaun is passionate about, he recognises the need for individuals from a variety of backgrounds and roles to have at the very least, a foundation level of knowledge and confidence to be able to effectively respond to and assist individuals needing support. Through training, Shaun hopes to upskill and empower delegates to have lifesaving conversations and to promote the all-important message of hope and recovery.
