Sheila Black has worked within NHS England since January 2022. Sheila is the national Head of the Community Diagnostic Centre Programme. Prior to joining the national CDC programme, Sheila was the Head of the Imaging Transformation within NHS England.
Sheila qualified as a Diagnostic Radiographer at City University in London in 1996 and worked in multiple senior clinical imaging positions in London and Sussex until 2014. From there, Sheila moved into management roles within imaging, as a lead Superintendent Radiographer, Radiology manager and Head of Imaging at various trusts across Sussex and South London.
