Stephanie Rowe

Stephanie has 10 years’ experience working in the estates and facilities services in both private and public sectors. Stephanie is skilled in leading service delivery across both in-house and outsourced services at operational and strategic levels, risk management, change management and organisational culture change. Since joining the NHS, Stephanie has developed a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare estates and facilities services to benefit patient user experience and recovery. 

As Head of Facilities at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust (PCFT), Stephanie currently leads an in-house team of circa 190 facilities staff delivering services across Bury, Oldham, Stockport, Tameside and Rochdale. Since starting with PCFT at the start of 2022, Stephanie has focused on embedding resilience within the workforce structure to improve recruitment and retention across the services alongside a structured apprenticeship pathway. Stephanie is a keen advocate of continued learning and career development for all estates and facilities staff through the available pathways, and is passionate about improving ways to develop the future workforce within estates and facilities in the NHS.

After completion of a BSc (Hons) in Facilities Management, Stephanie started her career within estates and facilities through a graduate scheme within the private sector delivering support services. Since moving to a wholly-owned subsidiary within a NHS Trust then PCFT, Stephanie has also completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Sheffield through the organisation’s apprenticeship levy. Stephanie is a chartered manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
