Stephen Hillocks Joined HSCNI in 2015 following many years experience in the private and the public sector. Stephen has a vast amount of experience as a Project Manager and a Business Analyst. Stephen was responsible for the creation of the Business Case for Digital Pathology and set up many of the structures that enabled the progression of the enabling works required for Digital Pathology. Stephen has also been heavily involved in the NIPACS+ Procurement and was part of the small team that ensured the successful go live of NIPACS+ across HSCNI.
