Stuart joined Breathe in 2012 and has over twenty years of experience in the engineering and energy services environments and has held Energy and Sustainability directorships in both public and private sector organisations.
Prior to joining Breathe, Stuart started and led the Hurley Palmer Flatt Energy and Sustainability consulting business.
His specialist skills include a collaborative approach to technical engineering leadership that seeks to deliver the best financial, operational and commercial outcomes for clients.
Stuart received a General Officer Commanding Commendation for his contribution to Army utilities and energy performance while working as an MoD Energy Advisor.
