Suzanne Owens

Suzanne is a Nurse Consultant and Professional Lead for Advanced Clinical Practice at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which has over 270 ACPs. She also chairs the South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw Community of Practice and is a guest lecture at Sheffield Hallam University. In her clinical role she has been an Emergency Medicine ACP for 15 years and works in Sheffield’s busy Major Trauma Centre. She is passionate about developing and progressing multi-professional AP roles, and cultivating a highly skilled workforce through quality supervision and governance of the roles.
