Tim Warneford

Tim Warneford is an experienced academy funding consultant who provides a range of bid management and strategic estate management services.

He is the producer of a series of podcasts, 'Developing the Trust' in which he explores best practice from fellow professional service providers across the academy sector. 

He is a regular contributor to academy sector publications such as TES, School’s Week and FundED, he has presented and chaired at the Education Estates Conference, ISBL, ASCL and Schools and Academies Show.

With degrees in both building surveying and social policy, he is particularly interested in the causal link between environment and life chances
