Warren Duffy

Warren has been in the NHS for over 13 years across 5 NHS Trusts and is currently responsible for the Estates & Facilities functions at Leeds & York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Part of his role to support the Trust ahead of its PFI demise across 7 PFI Assets as well as delivering the Estates & Facilities Capital Plan.

As part of his journey in the NHS, he has completed an FdSc, BSc(Hons) and MSc and is a proud member of IHEEM, whilst holding registration with the CIOB as a Chartered Builder and is also registered as a Chartered Manager. His MSc and BSc(Hons) dissertations were both heavily focussed towards Healthcare Estates Risk – in which he passionately advocates the need for consistency within and across ICBs, investment in people and pathways, improved integrated governance / risk sharing and always looking forward through people and system innovation. Warrens ambition within the workplace is to ensure that his teams are equipped to provide and demonstrate first class services to ensure that clinical and operational teams are supported to deliver the most effective and safe care possible.

Prior to joining the NHS, he worked on both public and private sector projects working in installation, design, commissioning and site management teams with a biased and qualifications in electrical engineering.
