We will delve into a discussion with a great line-up of panellist to discuss and give their views on recruiting from overseas and how recruiting internationally will help support the strain on staffing in the NHS.

The NHSP International service is designed to support staffing by attracting talent worldwide, with training programmes and accommodation in place to have those professionals ready to care for patients. Looking into the nursing workforce as international recruitment will be vital in supporting staffing strain and looking at the work underway to continue supporting the NHS with actively recruiting from overseas whilst still ensuring recruitment is done ethnically.
