With more than 10 years of experience of working with the NHS, our digital health technology is tried, tested and proven. We support over 50 NHS trusts in England, the five Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland and we have a national agreement with National Services Scotland to deliver remote monitoring services across their fourteen health boards. More than three million patients across the UK have used our digital health technology.

All our digital health services are co-designed with the NHS and with input from clinicians and users and we have a library of over 150 existing services. These can be adapted to suit the needs of our customers and their populations.

We support vulnerable high-risk patients, including those in care homes, and patients living with long-term conditions such as respiratory diseases and heart failure. We also support patients with short-term conditions including hypertension monitoring.

Patients use devices to measure their vital signs and submit their readings to their healthcare team on a regular basis via a communication channel of their choice. In addition, we can provide patients with wearables that continuously monitor and report vital signs.

Clinical teams are able to view patient readings through the Inhealthcare clinician dashboard and are alerted when patients move outside of agreed parameters or set algorithms such as NEWS2. This helps to identify, in a timely manner, when a patient may be deteriorating and to prioritise patients who need urgent treatment. This helps to increase the productivity of healthcare professionals as they are able to remotely triage patients and only need to intervene when a person requires help.

By providing care outside of traditional settings, our digital services help to cut costs and increase capacity in the NHS by easing pressures on clinicians, easing waiting list pressures, reducing hospital admissions, freeing up inpatient capacity and improving access to diagnostics and treatments.

Our easy to use digital healthcare services also provide a wide range of benefits to patients. Patients feel reassured and cared for because they know they’re being monitored on an on-going basis. Regular self-monitoring and self-assessment enables the early identification of patients requiring interventions and conversely there are no unnecessary interventions for those who show no sign of deterioration and simply continue to self-manage.

Enabling patients to monitor their condition at home, rather than in a clinical setting, is convenient and cuts out unnecessary and time-consuming travel and associated costs. This preventative care can improve patient outcomes and free up appointments for more acute patients by reducing the burden on both GP practices and hospital clinicians.

At Inhealthcare we offer unparalleled integration with national GP and hospital systems, including GP Connect, MESH, SCI Store, NHS Spine, EMIS Web and SystmOne. We also integrate with NHS login to make it quicker and easier for patients to access their services, and with Spine to validate NHS numbers and retrieve latest patient demographics. We provide open and published APIs for connecting to third party systems.

Convenzis Healthcare Event testimonials

What our clients say about us

It was great to join the Convenzis team again for the patient flow event. As always, the team were incredibly accommodating and happy to help. The quality of attendees is always of a high standard and relevant to the patient flow and to us also. We continue to have great discussions and footfall around our stand with no need to try and encourage people to come and see us. Really positive event for us and we look forward to working with Convenzis in the future.

My colleague and I presented at the NHS workforce conference 2023, 19 September. The support and guidance we received from the Convenzis team in the run up to our presentation slot was great, well timed and perfectly pitched. The event itself, again was expertly organised. The conference was well Chaired by Sean, who was very engaging. As an audience member as well as a panel member, I would definitely work with the Convenzis team again.

Covenzis delivered an excellent meeting like always - a hubbub of activity focused on future developments within NHS pathology laboratories

Working with Convenzis is a stress-free and a rewarding experience, with fantastic engagement from a highly targeted and relevant audience

I worked with Convenzis, primarily Dan, for the first time this year, putting together a bespoke online event for IBM. He has always been so responsive and accommodating. The team always remained professional and helpful – despite the many demands from our side! They were very keen for us to maximise on the investment and revisit those attendees who had not committed to follow ups.
It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Convenzis and I know there will be more opportunities next year. Looking forward to it!
