Andrew Stradling

Andrew is Chief Medical Officer for NHS LPP at Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust, Medical Director for the National Council of HCSA, and director for a regional Health and Care Partnership. 

Andrew works with NHS organisations to bring improvements in efficiencies and effectiveness in healthcare delivery.  He and his teams sit on regional and national boards and networks, influencing clinicians and non-clinicians in strategic and operational delivery.

He has advised on healthcare network delivery in the UK and abroad, has significant experience in clinical engagement, change management, and leadership, and is a strong advocate of using data and culture to drive improvement.
