I know it was a lovely day but weather aside it felt wonderful to be back face to face and your conference was so friendly and inviting. Andy joined The PFT in October 2018 after over 15 years in the independent sector. He was Operations Director for Cognita Schools Europe, one of the world’s largest providers of independent education and prior to that, worked in contemporary music education running Tech Music Schools (now BIMM London) in the early 2000s. He has gained significant experience in each phase of the UK education system from EYFS and Primary, to Secondary, Further and Higher Education. He cut his commercial teeth in independent cinema exhibition and distribution during the ‘90s where he acquired the passion for business and customer experience that he continues to bring to his current role as CEO of The Primary First Trust. He has 2 grown-up children and lives with his wife, Nicola, in Hawkhurst in Kent.
